'Rule Number One' Starts Shooting in Hong Kong

Singaporean director Kelvin Tong's "Rule Number One," has started shooting in Hong Kong.  The film, which will be shot in Mandarin, stars Ekin Cheng and Shawn Yue and the story focuses on a man calling the police after a series of disturbing incidents.
