Curtains to Open on Children's Theater Festival

The 2008 Shanghai International Children's Theater Festival will
start on Friday and continue until August 3. The performances will
include art troupes from 11 countries. Among the plays are "Martha" by Catherine Wheels Theater Company
from the United Kingdom, "Sindbad'' by the Bialystok Puppet Theater in
Poland, "Explosion Therapy'' by Terrapin Puppet Theater in Australia
and "The Sky Used to be Low'' by Shiny Shoes Theater from Taiwan.
There are also puppet shows and musicals from Serbia and Sweden.
Chinese subtitles will be provided for all foreign plays.
