Jay Chou's “Kung Fu Dunk” Premiered in Beijing

Jay Chou’s “Kung Fu Dunk” stars Chou as an orphan turned Shaolin martial artist who somehow ends up playing basketball using his Shaolin skills. The film, rumored to be one of the most expensive to ever come out of Taiwan, co-stars Eric Tsang, Bo-lin Chen and Charlene Choi.

“Kung Fu Dunk” reunites Chou with action director Ching Siu-tung and cinematographer Zhao Xiaoding, the trio having previously worked together on the big-budget Chinese epic “Curse of the Golden Flower”. It’s scheduled to tip off on February 7th, 2008.
