Jay Chou to star in "Ci Ling"

Taiwanese multi-hyphenate and singing sensation Jay Chou is set to star in "Ci Ling" a period action film from the producers of his 2008 Asian hit "Kung Fu Dunk". Film, about time traveling lovers in Genghis Khan's Mongolia, will reunite Chou with "Dunk" director Chu Yen-ping. The film will be produced by Taiwanese production company Chang Hong. "Ci Ling" is slated to lense in March, with an eye to a Chinese New Year release in 2010.
