Producer/Director Johnnie To and Lau Ching-wan have worked on over 15 movies going as far back as 1993's 'The Executioners' and including classic thrillers as 1999's 'Running Out of Time'. They're latest collaboration will be 'The Mad Detective', costarring Andy On and Kelly Lin.
