Josie Ho Makes Forbes' 'Top 20 Most Intriguing' List

Alivenotdead.com artist Josie Ho was recently named by Forbes Magazine as one of the top '20 Most Intriguing Heiresses.' (link to article).  Forbes is particular to note that its criterion for selecting the heiresses is that they are pursuing meaningful careers in business, the arts or philanthropy,  others named include the daughters of NY Mayor Michael Bloomberg and the daughter of slain Lebanese prime minister Rafik Hariri, who was originally a real estate developer.

Josie, the daughter of the casino owner Stanley Ho, was the only East Asian woman chosen for the top 20.  The Forbes article cites her accomplished acting career (primarily in unglamorous roles antithetical to her privileged background as well as her indie rocker career). 

According to press reports,  her father is quite supportive,  hoping her hard work will pay off and even that she can achieve her goal of winning best Actress at the HK film awards.

Josie's blog was also mentioned in the Forbes article - noted for its openness about the less glamorous aspects of the life of a singer working on her new album and performing at shows.
