Korean superstar Rain has had to postpone his US tour due to legal difficulties. The US band by the same name, Rain, and their management company have filed legal action to stop the Korean singer from using the name Rain in his US tour. His first concert was scheduled for next week in Hawaii. The band named Rain (website) is an aging, rock cover-band from Witchita, KS -- so its very unlikely they can claim that fans of theirs will be mistakenly attending one of the Korean Rain's show, but apparently they have good lawyers!
