After a bleak period, Singapore's Film industry is in the midst of a revival. Within the next few months nine new locally produced films will be released in Singapore, a dramatic increase over the last few years. There is also a great deal of diversity being generated in the new pictures. Upcoming projects include "Men in White" a horror spoof, the musical "881" and an animated feature "Legend of the Sea".
