Actor Stephen Feng was recently spotted on the set of the movie 'The Fantastic Water Babies', currently filming on Hong Kong's Cheung Chau Island. Little was known about his part in the film beforehand, so onlookers were shocked to see him appear in pink women's clothes with a blonde wig.
