Zhou Xun discusses her New Project 'Li Mi's Encounters'

Award winning actress Zhou Xun has taken her time choosing her next project after the success of 2005's 'Perhaps Love' and 2006's 'The Banquet', which earned her consecutive Hong Kong Film Awards (for 'Best Actress' and 'Best Supporting Actress' respectively).  She also won the Hong Kong Film Critic Society's Golden Bauhinia Award this past weekend for her role in 'Banquet'

But besides the stylistic 'Ming Ming' which came out earlier this year, she has avoided the film world,  focusing on traveling and only photography work.

She is now back in front of the camera finishing up 'Li Mi's Encounters', an indie thriller directed by Cao Baoping.  Shot in the southern Chinese province of Yunnan,  Zhou plays a taxi driver searching for her missing boyfriend.
