Another Round of Restructuring

I have lost count on number of time they restructure the team since I have joined the company (last year Aug 27).

After 3 days of outside training (enjoy our life), today we had an hour meeting with manager. Again, the team restructure. Altough this round it doesn't affect my role but most of my team mate being transfer to other region. Leftover 3 in a team (including my manager).

That fine with me the restructuring issued. However, due to some changes on business operation, My leave is freeze for next month, Dec 08. The whole world was trying to clear leave and my leave was freeze. WTF . I really have no control on my own work/time. This really DEMOTIVATE me.

And guess what I do now in office. Listen to MP3 and write blog. No in the mood of working.
