Where is my saman?

A bit lucky to meet a good traffic police.

While I was on the way home, I stopped by a police coz I am not using my handfree. I know is my faults.

Leng Lui : Yes
Leng Chai : Kenapa tak guna handfree
Leng Lui : Rosak la!!
Leng Chai : Lain kali stop tepi baru jawab...
Leng Lui : Baru saja jawab, sudah jumpa you....
Leng Chai : So apa buat
Leng Lui : (????) Apa boleh buat

I have no idea why he like don't want to give saman..but don't know what he is waiting for???
He keep repeating lain kali stop tepi atau beli baru punya.

Leng Lui : Phone lama..tak der jual hand free for this model lagi...
Leng Chai : beli phone baru la...
Leng Lui : ah.....

At the same time, he gave back my driving license.

Leng Lui : ei my saman
Leng Chai : You mau saman kah?
Leng Lui : No No...Thanks..

Still want to ask for saman. I think I crazy liao....
