    剛看到Patrick的博客…立即跑去看法提麥 雅琦的博客，震驚…


    幾年前，Douglas(我媽媽十年來的男友)帶我去臺北的美國俱樂部玩。之後，他說要帶我去看他父親。我的反應是”你說什麼?” 後來他帶我去了附近的一個軍事紀念館，給我看他父親的一張照片：

    當他告訴我為他的父親感到非常驕傲時，眼淚流了下來。老實說，我真的不太了解臺灣/中國的歷史。但那天之後，我開始讀更多史料。孟良崮戰役。Douglas Chang的父親是真英雄。

    我並沒有經常見Douglas，因為他為了生意總在滿世界飛。但無論他有多忙，總是抽時間打電話給我，問我的情況。我愛Douglas是因為他的人生態度，他對待別人以及愛我媽咪的方式。

    It's nice to hear that you and your mom's boyfriend have a good relationship. They look really compatible with each other in the picture ^-^

    very nice of douglas....to both you and your mom, really.

    If i meet someone one day...my son has to approve it, otherwise, its a no go...thats for sure.

    Hey Andy...wow...that's great your mom has found a wonderful guy and it's even more awesome that you get to know more about him as you get to see him more. I can see why he is definitely the right man for your mom and more, that you approve. They look really nice together. =)

    emmm, basically i kinda regretted scrolling down and reading all the comments before i commented...
    now i'm in laughters!! XD
    i initially thought: what a thoughtful blog, made me curious about the happenings during that era...
    until Phil's images came into picture...XD
    nevertheless, you guys are blessed to have each other to hang on to!

    Wow, that's really rare to hear someone speak so highly of their mom's boyfriend.
    It's great that you are close to him. You're mom must  be so awesome to have two great men in her life. =)
