  A huge hello on alive not dead!

  As some of you may know I packed up my whole life in the tropics (including my snow dog) in favor of something far less stable and much cooler. My first post is from the most amazing city in the world, New York. Alicia Keys was singing my theme song so with a bounce in my step and a tune in my heart I've thrown caution to the wind to carve out of path for myself in the wonderful world of culinary tv here in Manhattan!
