like this one is suppose to have the cliatro on the top also... just b/ i dont like it so i request them do not put it.. people always told me it wont be good if i dont put cliantro but i dont care! hahaha

I tap so much words already trying to explain to u what’s that and just before I submit it the website got shot down… sigh…. Okay that me tap again= =
The powder thing is peanut powder. The green thing is CILANTRO is one kind of the spices we will also put in the soup to make it more testable ( personally I do not like it but I do not like a lot of things =P) and the part u can really tell from the picture is pork hi forgot is should be 1/3 of fat and 2/3 of Lean(not fat meat) and the white part is like steamed bun. I cant find out a accurate English name yet.

Yes its call 粄條 in chinese is one of the famou dish of the Hakka Style (one of the Taiwan's traditional dish)

and it has soup and salad anf bread buffet in the same time so by the time main meal come we already full!! but it so good though in side is steak

no that is a Creamy seafood stew . it's really good. it's creamy and the rice is soft but still chewy. dont know how to cook like that
