Boot Camp Ends and Parents visit from Maryland

My boot camp class at Actors Corp. finished last night and I'm a bit sad. After 4 weeks of classes, 5 days a week, 4 hours a day, from Sunday to Thursday, you get really close to the people around you.  Its really easy for aspiring actors/actresses to bond with one another.  It was pretty cool.  Now I'm going back to my first acting school next week.

My parents came to visit me from Maryland last week.  It was pretty cool because this time, my dad came out and he never comes out.  My mom and dad are pretty freakin cool.  I haven't had blinds / curtains installed in our condo for about 3 months now because of my schedule and do to some mess up with Budget Blinds. ( I don't recommend them for those who need custom blinds)  So, my parents came and pretty much installed most of the blinds/drapes in our home.  So cool.  Not only did they install the blinds, I had bought some furniture that needed to be put together and they did that for me too. AND THEY COOKED!  CHINESE food! Yummy!!  Authentic home made Chinese food EVERY day they were here.  It was sooo good.  I LOVE Chinese food. I LOVE my mom's cooking.  She's soo good at it.  So, they cleaned my house, cooked, installed the drapes/blinds, put together all the furniture, and cleaned up EVERYTHING.  Then they left on Wednesday morning.. Its too bad I couldn't hang out with them that much because I still had acting class while they were here but at least I got to spend time with them during the day. 

You may ask, does my parents approve of my acting and quiting Merrill Lynch.  Of course not.  They hate the fact that I'm doing what I'm doing.  They tried to say a lot of crape but I didn't want to hear it.  Its really hard to go for what I want when my parents are so unsupportive.  Makes me want to work harder to prove them wrong.  Anyways, having no support sucks.

On a brighter note, I also registered for my  first session of classes at FIDM this past Tuesday!  I start Fashion school in two weeks!  I'm really excited about it.  I'll bringing the creativity out of me. :-)

And yes... I will need to start posting more pictures.  Sorry.. been a bit lazy...
