End of February, start of a new chapter..

I'm so sorry I haven't been able to post any blogs lately..  Over the last month, I've had to make some huge adjustments in my life.  I've had to move into my new home in Century City, quit my job as a financial advisor for Merrill Lynch, get into the whole "actress" mentality, go on Several auditions, go to rehearsals, go to my acting classes, go to my dance classes, pay my bills, etc.  Pretty much just adjusting into a new lifestyle and focusing a lot on my craft. 

I think I'm going to start blogging more about my experience in Los Angeles as an aspiring Asian American actress.  It might be good for those of you out there that want to learn from what I'm doing, whether good or bad.  I don't have anybody in Los Angeles giving me any tips or providing me with any help so this is going to be the REAL deal.  This is the RAW version of an Asian American trying to make it in the industry.  I know its going to be a huge struggle.  In fact, I'll probably have a .01 % chance of success but that's okay.  Maybe I can help someone else on this site and meet some other people who can relate to what I'm going through...

Watching the Oscars tonight really helps motivate me.  I just finished watching it and I can't wait to see the first Asian best actress or actor to be standing up there!!
