  Been a minute...
  
  Here in SF ready to go for the annual SF Int'l AA Film Fest.  They had a really nice opening night gala last night that i was just happy to be able to attend since I sprained my ankle the night before in New York.  As soon as it happened, I thought, "Uh, crud.  I won't be able to go tomorrow night."  Throw in the whole getting on an airplane thing and flying cross country...just lucky to have made it and felt fortunate it started to heal rather quickly...
  
  I'm excited to be here this year since there are 4 projects I had a hand in in one way or another playing the fest.  Two feature and two shorts.  The features that 408 was behind:  Quentin Lee's THE PEOPLE I'VE SLEPT WITH is the centerpiece presentation on Sunday night and then Kit Hui's FOG is making its world premiere tonight.  Terence Lin, Eugenia Yuan, and Kit herself are all here for it.  Excellent.  The screening tonight has been sold out for weeks already.  I hope I'm able to get in...very anxious for the big premier!  AnD is helping us throw a big party tonight after the film and so the good times should roll on...
  
  The shorts are things I got to act in and I'm looking forward to those as well as both are very solid pieces of work.  One, in which I'm in a really small role, can be seen below.  It's another great turn by Tze Chun, one the most talented up and coming young directors on the scene today.  Speaking of today, if you live in NYC or LA, you can see his feature debut CHILDREN OF INVENTION in a theater near you.
  
  The other is called Yes, Yesterday and is something I'm proud to say I was a part of.  The director, Van Vu, knows how to tell a story.  I freakin' love good story tellers.  It played Slamdance in January and I think will be a bunch of fests before its all said and done.  Hope everyone can catch all these things at one point or another!
  
  It's also March Madness right now, so my head is about to explode.
