Hi Rita
How are you?!?
All is well with me, thanks! I have arrived back from visiting my family and will be leaving for the airport shortly. I will be visiting Static Control offices in Reading, UK next week. It is an 11 hr flight and I am glad that the weather is warmer there – It is great that it stays light until after 10 pm there!
I hope that the weather is ok in Shanghai?!? Yes, hopefully I will be able to go to our next trade show in China which will probably be in November in Shanghai!
That’s quite cool that you have been researching SA!! Yes, Johannesburg is not such a nice city but this is where most of the wealth and industry is located.
Bloemfontein is the capital of the Free State Province and is a lot smaller and more laid back than Johannesburg, but also very cultural. The Free State is fairly flat and a lot of farming takes place here, i.e. sheep, cattle and maize.
I see that there are quite a number of mountains in Fujian, Huanggang, Taimu, Daiyun, Qingyuan and maybe some others?!? Is your hometown nearby any of these?! I will be going to the Drakensberg mountain range next month from 1 aug for 4 days.
That is cool that you get to travel a bit – did you go to Shanghai via Hangzhou, by train maybe or did you fly?!
I have only been to China twice now but I have really enjoyed each visit! I think I really need to learn some Chinese – when I bought some DVD’s in Zhuhai, nobody in the shop could speak English that was quite amusing, heh-heh!!
Anyway, will have to go now!
Regards
