    拍戲的時候

    舒服的床 是最重要的

    現在學聰明了

    枕頭。。。都是自備的

    拔罐 刮痧啊

    外國人應該不能明白

    到底是怎麼個一回事

    被他們看到這些紫色的痧

    他們可能會以為你被毆打的瘀血吧!?!

    但是

    對於去濕 排毒

    可是很有療效的

    我不知道這些技術的英文叫什麼

    如果你要我解釋給外國人聽

    我可能也支支吾吾地說不清楚

    不過 我看到酒店的價碼牌上翻譯

    跋罐是 DO CUPPING

    CUPPING: TECHNIQUE USED IN TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE

    那 因為是有火的

    所以應該加個 "FIRE"

    哈哈

    拔完罐后

    八個小時不要洗澡喔

    I've tried this "cupping" treatment a while ago. It hurt during the process but I felt comfortable hours later.

    我老爸愛拔火罐，我一直不太願意接受拔完之後的紫色痧。
    也許哪天很累很累之後可以嘗試一下。哈哈。

    How many times have you tried cupping to get rid off dirt/ internal poison?  I mean you tried it so did it work for you the first time around? Ding wen?

    hehe, the first pic is great..I love doing that when I go to a hotel with such a bed xD (er...twice in my life I think?)
    I never tried chinese cupping..
