    Ok so I got back and man did I get busy.  Work work work.....  but I finally grabbed a few of the pictures from the trip up on Friday.   There's a lot to go through!  Everyone took turns shooting pictures out and in the car while we were driving up. 
    Here are some of the pictures we took on the way up to Chicago.

    Well just in case you were wondering.....


    I swear they were shooting Fireworks at our arrival!!!


    Hard to take pictures after dark while driving into the Chicago area........   So J-bug took these!

    We left home at about 10:30 AM on Friday and got to my friends house in Carol Stream (Village) outside Chicago at 10:00 PM!  We stopped a couple of times for food, potty, fuel and to stretch.

    Whoa, two storms in a row. Maybe it was the same one & you guys chased it lol. How long a drive is it from your place to Chicago?

    lol, I would not have thought it that safe to drive and take pictures simultaneously while driving in the day time either....
