    Ok so I finally downloaded a video on YouTube!
    I'm not sure that many people outside my Martial Arts circle would be interested...

    This weekend we had Belt Advancement Testing.  We had about 100 people testing from White belt through Black belt.

    My friend tested for 3rd Dan - Black belt.  I took lots of pictures and some video, so I did my thang and put this video on YouTube.
    This is two of my favorite people doing Self Defense.

    damn, I finally get to my feeds at work (lunch time) and the school blocks youtube.

    I cannot BELIEVE how many times the girls hit the floor & bounced right back up again lol. Great job on their part hanging in there!
