this is hilarious man! they were so uniformed! who ever would hv thot that jail can b so hip & happening *lol* and when u leave prison u even hv interesting stuff to add to ur resume like directing, producing, & dancing lol!!!
saw this on tv last week. if i remember it correctly, their choreographer is an engineer or something. and i think the one taking the video is the same person who uploaded it on youtube, byron f garcia. he's a consultant on security in CPDRC. there are more vids uploaded by byronfgarcia on youtube like sister act, etc. i also like the sister act. they have women performing here. REAL women this time! :-)
according to the tv feature, they also plan to make this some sort of a tourist spot in the future for people who will visit cebu.
everything that u have seen in the clip is true. i'm from philippines.. It's their alternative way of excercise, instead of doing it the old way they choose dancing as an alternative.. They find excercise very boring atleast that way everybody cooperates... actually they have a coreographer for that... it's true they are all prisoners
