  The day has finally arrived. The Apple store in Hong Kong is now open! As an Apple user for over 20 years, I have been waiting for this day for many years now. Why we were the last in the region to get one? I have no idea but what matters now is we've got one of the biggest. I went down to check out the scene today and it was insane but really fun too! The 2 story mega store was filled with a sense of drama and excitement because as each person entered the store, they were welcomed with applause and cheers for waiting in the tremendously long line that spilled out of the IFC mall and all the way onto the footbridge outside. Luckily for them it wasn't too hot today. Apparently some people began queuing up on Thursday! I must have been one of the first 3000 because I got this free T-shirt.
  The cult of Apple is amazing, the culture that they've tied in with the brand and it's products cannot be compared. Steve Jobs is a true visionary, someone who is not just a savy business person but someone who creates truly innovative products that really change the entire technology game. Everyone else is just struggling to catch up. I really hope he gets well soon!#
