    昨晚去看了Mos Def 的Show，你應該在電影《銀河系漫游指南》和《勇闖16 街區》看過他的表演。這個正派的演員帶來很酷很輕鬆的氣氛，他也是如今Hip-hop界真正在做有趣事情的少數人之一。



    起初沒想到能看到表演，票早就賣光了。我於是在城裡去切爾西Highline Ballroom的路上試運氣，功夫不負有心人，終於買到票了。





    他 演唱了Bel Biv Davoe的‘Poison’和‘Time After Time’，還有一些Stevie Wonder的歌曲。Tribe Called Quest的Q-tip也上台來唱了‘Bonita Applebum’。樂隊演出很出色，令Mos十分投入。Talib Kweli在安可時出現，唱了Blackstar的歌曲。有趣向上的Hip-hop給我們帶來的遠勝於Party上的說唱者。

    今天我和朋友Dan去了倫敦北部Beacon的Dia博物館，大約1個半小時的路程。這裡曾經是紙板印刷工廠，現如今被改造成了如此棒的建築。很像北京的大山子798(藝術沙龍)。



    對不起，沒有整個建築的照片，因為我只能在監控攝像頭拍不到的地方拍照。我已經不年輕了，不能被趕出來。




    我想我喜歡整個空間更甚於任何藝術作品。那兒有I.M. Pei繪圖者Sol LeWitt的一些很酷的作品，Richard Serra的雕刻很棒。有些人會覺得這些很老舊、單調，但我認為很酷，他們讓我感覺很好很有趣。




    這是我看過自然產生的最酷的景象。陰影投射在雕刻上產生了很美的空間和物體的融合。




    我的照相機有很好的微距鏡頭。在Dan的眼睛裏你可以看到我。

    I'm a little confused.  The Dia Museum in Beacon shouldn't be in London as the Chinese translation says.  I assume it's in upstate NY.  I'll definitely take a trip there someday.  If you like 798 in Beijing, you should also try Red Gate next time.

    看了你的博客,心情好象轻松了许多,我是个即将毕业的学生.家长已安排我去做海员.可我的梦想是做服装设计师.没办法,大家还哦说我不知足.不过知道你很忙根本没工夫看这些留言.不过能说出来也不错.谢谢你的文章啦!

    How the heck did you get into the sold out concert?! I am SO jealous. There's something about Mos Def that I think makes him really adorable.

    Like another commenter mentioned, that concert from Dave Chappelle's Block Party looked really fun. I'd like to attend a concert like that.

    hi,Daniel~~^^ you had been to 798 at beijing ...ummm, i was there working as an editor for an art magazine last summer ^^ i like places like 798, the air in that area is full of the sense of free , and some fragrance of art ^^ maybe next time when you have enough time, you can come to 798 again when the 798 art festival starts in the coming up summer, but, you are Daniel ... that 's alittle bit .... too ... smart ~~~^^ kaka

    I think you could take photoes clearly .
