If you guys are Olympics mad, boy do I have a piece of work for you.

I'm proud to announce a Singaporean filmmaker, Lian Pek and one of the most talented brainchild's of our time, Vikram Channa (EP), have executed a comedy-docu nobody has ever been able to capture of China. It will make you laugh hysterically, and it will make you weep like an ignorant empathetic loser. It has only been released in Singapore so far, but when it does travel, pls support this gem of art. It has been pegged to beat Fahrenheit 911 in Singapore in the docus category and I'm rooting for them to go all the way! GO LIAN, GO VIKRAM!

This looks fanastic! I enjoyed the shots of the 'Engrish' signs and the Dongda Hospital for err, ummm... certain diseases.

Question for you Denise! Did you teach the cop or military officer how to speak his urban-hip hop english? You have been spending time in Beijing during the past few months. Who knows what you have been up to!

Anyway how was the time you spent in Beijing? Did you see the Olympic sites? How are the Mandarin lessons coming?

It is pretty cool even grannies are learning English. I have to applaud them all for trying and being so enthusiastic!

Denise made a crossover from the catwalk to the small screen as MTV Asia’s resident VJ in July 2003. She has since endeared herself to the MTV viewers with her bright smile and tireless bouncy energy.

When Denise is not gracing magazine covers as well as hosting events, she spends her time reading, hanging out with her kitties, watching ballet recitals, getting lost in big bookstores, doing yoga and taking pictures. Her two passions in life are traveling the world getting to know different cultures as well as collecting/learning how to play traditional musical instruments.
