Urban Ninjas

Ninja: someone who is trained in a variety of unorthodox arts of war and combat. A couple of week ago I had the privilege of helping D.Y Sao and the EMC monkeys with their annual “Ninja Camp.” A ton of young boys and girls came out to test their skills in the way of the ninja. The Ninja Challenge contest was the highlight of the day for me as I watched young contestants blaze through an obstacle course that would challenge even the best of the EMC monkeys. I was fortunate to have a picture taken with D.Y. Sao and Xin Sarith Wuku and my son was overly excited to show off his skills. It was nice to get away from the hurry up and wait scenario that I’m trapped in but I’ll save that blog for the Road to Rooks 4… Haha!
