2008年9月27日, 在新加坡的某一個練團室里, “一粒沙”誕生了一粒沙是一個原創華文搖滾樂團.
清晰而具有爆發力的嗓音與搖滾和金屬音樂的混合, 讓一粒沙的音樂產生了不一樣的風格. 把各位成員對音樂各有的概念融合在一起時, 就是一粒沙的獨特曲風.

Elyzia is formed in year 2008 with the intention to write and play originals. Coming from different musical backgrounds and influences, Elyzia fused pop, rock and metal into our own genre called Nu Hard Rock.
In mandarin, Elyzia is translated to "一粒沙'' meaning a grain of sand which acts as a reminder to us that no matter how small we are, we need to believe in ourselves and fight for our destiny. Believe, Begin & Beyond.
