Skyward - Day 9 - 2008 May 5

This weekend I'm heading back to Cottonwood for Mother's Day, and while I'm there I plan on visiting Chelsea (and Nathan if he's around) to talk some more about the project. In early June we need to get out there and shoot a teaser. Most of it can be shot here in the Bay Area really, if not all of it. The teaser isn't an actual teaser, just stuff we're shooting for fun to get people interested, a concept trailer I guess it's called. Some stuff I think we could definitely use: (Fight in a) bar Fight at a ranch Fight at a camp fire Scene at a lake Gun fight somewhere Hot girl Men in suits walking through hotel lobby Gibson killing someone Gibson kicking ass on a group of people Gibson vs Clay Ronny vs Devon Terry vs Clay and Devon I think we could manage to shoot this stuff within 2 weeks. Technically we have all of June to shoot it, and we can't rush these scenes. Each one needs to be lit and shot as well as possible. I guess a good idea before going through all of this is to get someone on board who can design the costumes (aka tell me what to buy) for each character. Then we can just use these same outfits for the feature. Talking to Ed last night, I realized that if I want to survive after making this movie, I better have a scrīpt ready. Once this one's finalized I'll have to start on that. I woke up today from a bad dream.
