    The director of Dark Knight, and The Prestige also directed another entitled Memento.

    This movie’s not too old but I was like 8 when it came out. Watched it kind of recently some pretty trippy shit. It’s a little hard to follow, but it’ll all tie together in the end.

    This movie is contemplative and keeps you confused as hell until the very end. However, it is one of those awesome movies that surprise when you least expect it. Like the Matrix it questions the reality of the mind. Is the red I see the red you see?

    So in the end I give this a 2 thumbs up and a pinky too.

    This was always one of my favorite movies.  When I finally got to meet a bunch of studio executives before Dark Knight, they'd ask a routine question of what kind of director I thought I was.  Since I was coming from VisFX, they always wanted me to say something like Michael Bay... but I would always say Christopher Nolan... "But you do FX" and I'd reply "This guy knows how to tell a story and he's got an edge without being self conscious and he could direct a hero movie."  Ironically - look what happened!   Ah... but vindiction is never fun, I'm sure those execs still remember me as the guy who talked about some random art film director "Who was it?"  "Oh, I don't remember... doesn't matter."  :)
