Fall Back, Spring Forwad

yesterday, canada's time was adjusted an hour late cause of the "daylight"..something!! i've heard it was because this fall it would still be dark like around 7am so to save energy -- like using light in prepraring to go to work or school- - they simply adjust the time an hour late making the usual 7am to 6m so when the daylight comes, it'll be just in time & would make every day this fall ordinary, as far as daylight is concern...do i make sense?? well, correct me if im wrong, ok?!but that's the only explanation i can create..

but anyways,i benefited from it yesterday.. see, i was out the whole day last saturday & ain't able to come back home till around 10pm so i was really, really tired but then i wasn't able to sleep till 1am..& i'd wake up every hour or two since then..never really wanting to see any light during those times, or else i'd really be wide awake, i buried my face on my pillow & hid inside my cocoon & am so thankful that the next day's sunday so i don't need alarm clock!!

the next time i woke up, i peeked at the clock..it's still 8am & i tried to sleep again..but couldn't..so i just stayed in bed to rest but finally forced myself out by 10..slowly & clumsily fixed myself but then when i picked up my phone before heading downstairs i was surprised to see it displaying "9:45am" it automatically adjusted!! that's when i remembered this "fall back, spring forward" - -as they call it..i was an hour saved yesterday.didn't seem too late to get out of bed.. had enough time to do my remaining laundry..then had a peaceful nap by afternoon..& got a surprise call when i woke up!! not too bad day!!

normal time will resume sometime in spring time!

tidbits about me - -

* started to learn to play guitar when i was around 11 or 12..got my first guitar then..

* was tagged an "MMMBOP girl" by everybody in school when i danced that hanson song with the JUVENILES back in junior high. i was the only girl in the group. =)

* joined the "DRUM & BUGLE CORPS" - -also in junior high - - to escape the CITIZENS ARMY TRAINING.. =) don't wanna be roasted under the sun..

* formed an all-girl dance group in senior high called FROLICSOME DAMSELS..

* an active member of THEATRE & DANCE club in college, been included in most of the campus's shows & some local TV show guestings

* a news contributor on our department publication, THE ENTREPRENEUR

* a bassist of the band DEVIANCE back in my last year in college

a music lover, sweet tooth & an optimistic adventurer - - i like trying out things like wall climbing & skiing!I LOVE HIPHOP!!i love dancing & just going with the flow of the music..A FREESTYLER, that is - - who loves CONVERSE!! =)

i love taking pictures too..can't go anywhere without my baby - - my camera!! =)
