    I don't know anything like my friend JRS. She is modest. Her daughter is a very accomplished gymnast, having competed at the Junior Olympics level. So JRS has spent many hours watching people train their bodies.

    As for me, all I know is I very much enjoyed watching you, and your landings were amazing. How many years have you studied wushu if I may ask?

    I am not an expert at anything (ha!) but I must say that there are several performance praises I have of your exhibition:

    1.  Good coverage of the mat area;
    2.  You have the perfect amount of energy expended for your acrobatic movements (i.e., you don't over or under-rotate);
    3.  You finish a skill or a series of skills and pause for good effect (I call this the "Ta-da!" effect....); and
    4.  You have a balanced amount of slower and faster moves.

    I think you have a very bright future!
