Hey!!! It wasn't your fault!!! Don't feel bad!!!
I have lived similar situations (the CD can't work, the sound is not loud, etc ) and then, you need to  improvise in a few minutes...I know it's a horrible situation, suddenly you feel like "OMG I'm stopped right now, I don't know what to do", but it will help you in the future, believe. And you girls managed to do a nice spectacle.
Maybe you need to prepare some little coreographies and keep them for problems like that, you will feel more comfortable and secure on the stage and it will always safe you in future with a technician problem or whatever.
In that kind of situations you have to think "Ok, that people don't know the coreography, so, I can do whatever I want, they won't notice"...people just can see a show, don't let the fair manage you, relax and feel the music, just dance as you would to do in class, at home or at any night in a club...and overalls, you are the first person that needs to believe that you are sexy, cool, talented and that u can do that...and enjoy what you u..if u do that all will flows. I know it sounds great and in the moment you are living the situation your head is shocked, but think about it, prepare some things for the future and all will be great.
Don't feel sad, just learn about al of this and next time will be better ;)
