SHOWING THE MUSCLE!!!! :) the white shirt is Fu Laoshi, he is nanquan player from Guang Zhou,he live in Medan allready for 1,4 years. and the other guy is Sandry Liong he was a medan athelete now he is Medan coach.

the Medan junior practicing... awsome... so many..

You might know about the huge chain of stores in the US called "Toys R Us". Anyway, you 3 guys look like "Muscles R Us" in that picture lol.

Good luck in your training! I really look forward to seeing the videos etc from the Games that will no doubt be posted all over AnD. :)
