Jeanne Hartman's Acting Weekend~

First and foremost, thank you Jeanne for putting such an amazing class for us. Kudos to Jason for arranging it and inviting me. Thanks to Grace for really keeping me awake on the Sunday...the presence of beauty is always refreshing. Finally, thanks to my fellow classmates for helping me enjoy my weekend so immensely! It was great to meet you all and I'm sure that it'll be just as fun when we cross paths again!

So, Jeanne's class was a real eye-opener for me. As a leyman I always considered acting a relatively straight-forward affair (please, don't hurt me!). But taking Jeanne's class really showed me so much about all the different considerations and preparations that go into doing a scene; the end result of which can seem deceptively simple. If you don't know what I mean you should definately take the course (which I understand will be held again in the near future) and if you do, you should still take the course because it was fantastic!

Besides laughing my arse-off, making cool friends, and ogling the only girl that turned up; I learned a great deal that went totally beyond the scope of what I was expecting and had my mind and my eyes opened. This went well beyond a simple teach-and-learn experience to something I cannot really define properly in words. THANK YOU JEANNE!
