  Maybe not the first love, the first authentic Japanese girls to appear in Playboy were Mie Hama, Hisako Katakura, Yuka Minami, Yumi Fujiwara, Akiko Wakabayashi in 1967.  They are all Bond girls from the film “You Only Live Twice”.  
  
  Playboy had a feature in that issue titled "An Exotic Pictorial On The Oriental Beauties Of You Only Live Twice”.  It’s all good though, we love you just the same anyway Hiromi.
