  • Hokkaido - best kept secret...till now

    Hi all,

    Just joined this community of artists. Glad to be onboard and hoping to make many new connections here that will help grow the community of artists worldwide. 

    As for what I've been up to... well my most memorable shoot this year was one in Hokkaido, Japan. Freezing - minus 15 degrees celcius - but absolutely pristine snow up in the mountains of Sahoro Hokkaido.  It's quite a well known ski destination and it's easy to see why. We stayed at Club Med - I would have preferred a Riokan but they were our sponsor! Actually, they were wonderful hosts and we had a great time. 

    We shot scenes for a couple of episodes for a local Singaporean TV drama. Fortunately, we had a great team of actors and production staff so the shooting part was incredibly efficient leaving us plenty of time for the hot tub and skiing....

    oh ya, i went there in february for snowboarding.  was fun!!
