• You Are Beautiful

  I found a website today called Operation Beautiful.  It truly warmed my heart.  As an acting coach and an actress and performer for many years I am so aware of how much pressure women of all ages have to become something that the magazines, movies and television demand that you be.  Even the most beautiful woman seem to never feel that they are "good enough" in this area. 
  
  So I truly appreciate what this woman and her website attempts to do.  To remind women that they are beautiful even if they are not the "perfect" size or shape. 
  
  
  Yes some of you will think it is silly but think about when someone, some stranger gives you a compliment or goes out of the way to be kind to you.  Think about how that feels to your body, your heart, your spirit when that happens.  I know when that happens to me it makes my day better. 
  
  So take a look at what this women and others as Operation Beautiful are doing to make others feel just a little bit better about themselves  and I think we all can use that, some days more than others!
