Twas a lovely day indeed.

Today I worked at Salon 94 at 12 East 94th Street in New York. It's a 1,500 square foot exhibition space for emerging and mid-career artists. Built into the home of esteemed curator and art expert Jeanne Greenberg-Rohatyn.

It was strange as I use to frequent the Upper East Side and had walked past this townhouse-turned-gallery dozens of times without ever knowing of the gems inside.

I couldn't help but quietly gawk at her library of EVERY contemporary art book imaginable. Well, that and the fact that Takashi Murakami did a mural in one of her rooms and her dining room had a large 10'x 16' mural by a fav artist of mine, Kara Walker.

I have to say that this was my favorite piece there. Wang Qingsong.

God I just want to visually devour all my photo books again and read until sunrise.
