OBAMA "YES WE CAN" X RMC : BLACK DENIM

RMC (Red Monkey) is one of the most premium denim brand. It would be hard to find a better denim, and a better core material, or core denim philosophy anywhere else in the world.

MARTIN KSOHOH founder of RMC (and YOROPIKO) is actually a denim master. He knows better than everybody else how to build and how to make some perfect selvage denim (a rugged cotton twill textile, in which the weft passes under two or more warp fibers. This produces the familiar diagonal ribbing identifiable on the reverse of the fabric, so the edge of the fabric is woven specifically so that it will not ravel or fray. It seems pretty simple, but there are actually a very limited number of antique machines that have this ability, and they WERE all in Japan! ).

His denim are not as hype as PRPS one, maybe he's got a strong hiphop audience, and his denim are not really discretfull, with their flashy design. But don't forget he is the master.

He decided to do a special limited edition to celebrate new USA president. The OBAMA "yes we can" x RMC is a black denim. Martin specially create that denim fabrics. To obtain that black colors. It is as usual a real japanese salvage. ANd you will find on the back pocket some special YES WE CAN and HOPE artworks.

This denim will be available on JANUARY 09, and it is a 75 limited edition black denim.
