• A groovy jazzy nitez with Angelita Li

  Had a great time last nite watching our dear Jazz Queen, Angelita Li performed at The Groove Junction Bistro & Cafe, Sri Hartamas.

  This time's rundown is slightly different from what she did at NBT last year. Featuring more pop songs which we are more familiarize with besides her favourite Brazilian numbers.

  Well she had featured something unique this time round too. Not too sure what she calls that but it involves some technical mixing, sounds a lil' like house, trance music.... It's NEW  to me though, interesting!

  Another great song was Bonnie M's "Sunny" in Brazillian.... just imagine this old time favourite pop song which is so danceable could turned out to be so jazzy in Angelita's way????! Could not imagine that at all rite? haha.... Well, she just did it.

  I was sooooo happy when I she sang the song "Ain't Nobody" made famous by Chaka Khan. She sang this last year at NBT & I really love it so much. The way she sings it .....it's so sexy, sexy & sexy !! How I wish she could release a cover version of this in her very own jazzy way so that we could sing it karaoke !

  For those who have not been to her show, still not too late as she's staging her last gig at the same venue tonite at 10pm! Don't miss it!!

  Once again, dear Angelita, welcome back to Malaysia !
