burning day in the sun

We took the 9 am ferry from Central to Mui Wo Pier on Lantau Island. The ride took half an hour. Just enough to time to catch up on some much needed sleep. I was woken up at 6 that morning by our client saying the sky was thundering and pouring rain. He asked me how we should proceed. Then our photographer Van Hai calledf half an hour later saying he's already on his way out from Yuen Long to Central to take the ferry. So I guess everything is going according to our plan despite the thundering sky. But deep down in my heart I knew the sky will clear up because the weather report says it will be cloudy and sunny that day. If the rain was to continue, it would hae said so on the report. Yes...I do trust the reports somewhat...I guess when I want to believe it. Hahaa..
The morning turned out quite well, with a slightly overcasted sky, which is better for photos than a bright shiny sun. However, by time we reached about 1 pm...the sun began to come out and by the time we all wrapped up at 4 we were all burnt to singes...
