Raymond was a full time artist(actor/host) with MediaCorp from 1994 to 1999 and has since starred in numerous Chinese drama serials. He was better known as one of the Dragon Five (飞龙五将) members of Singapore.

Currently, Raymond is co-writing script and in pre-production for a full feature film (thriller/suspense).
He is also currently directing a stage play called Heavenly Joy produced by Jes Media.
