    During my Kungfu session today, I'm amazed by these kids from China.
    They have been learning Wushu since 3yrs old. When their "Shifu" (Kungfu master) ordered them to show their form, they proudly took turns to display their talent.
    I'm feel so proud of them !!!

    | 今天的功夫課上，這些大陸來的孩子讓我很吃驚。
    他們三歲就開始練武，"師傅"(功夫老師)命令他們展示套路，他們驕傲地輪流表演。
    我為他們感到驕傲!!!

    Just a question, and I think lots of people visited both you two girls' blog want to know.

    The question is: " Hey Rozy, you've been to be Race's punching bag or Race been to yours for more times since you're small?"

    MAYBE, I will have a chance to be both of your punching bag, soon.

    That's really cool. Too bad we don't see that many people work out like that in parks here...other than Tai Chi. Stinging kick you have. :)

    Whoa, Awesome kick!

    Those kids amaze me, I remember seeing Shaolin Monks 'Wheel Of Life' on stage and the young kids were fascinating. So much dedication and talent are to be found in kids.

    Wow, not bad!!  I wish you could be in the 16th Annual Chinese Martial Arts Tournament with me at CAL Berkeley.  I'm competing in Traditional Wushu Forms.  You look like you could compete with those kicks!!

    Hey Rosanne, how long have you been training for?

    @andy_lau_spain: The best body guards are the female ones! I remember there was a CNN article about Anna Loginova, a Russian model/body guard. She was praised to be one of the best.
