This last painting is not from The Brutal House gallery.
On the same day afternoon before I went to the gallery,
I was at Andrew Loo and Andrew Lau "Initial A" opening of a new annex space.
This painting capture me instantly as I entered the room.
I recognized Simon's unique handcraft without excuse =)
Yes !! Smart right?? I know ( ^ . -) heehee

"mmh maybe I should be rewarded for recognizing your art ...
What about painting Rozy in actions Simon???"

那天下午看展覽前，
我參加了Andrew Loo和Andrew Lau的"Initial A"開張活動
一進房間我就看到這副作品，
馬上就認出是Simon的個性手筆=)
沒錯!! 聰明吧?? 我知道(^.-) 呵呵
“認出你的作品，我應該被獎勵…
畫Rozy模仿Simon如何???”

Just One Question: do you remember what's special today?(not anyone's birthday)

And I know about the movie.It;s a good chance to work with those super stars(you know, lots of people hope to co-operate with Chow Yuen-fat! You can ask Jay how excited when he was in the movie)

wow these pictures are great, and i thought i saw some thing about the artist on And, and then noticed his work in the gallery every day i would walk down to the gym...
matter of fact i think i walked by the same day this event was going on... haha really wanted to go in and check it out... but i was wayunderdressed and just cameback from a shoot.... =/

I can't help but notice that the gentleman here with glasses looks cool. he reminds me a lot of Albert Einstein, minus the erratic hair. Really cool.

Given your interest in body art, have you seen Peter Greenaway's Pillow Book? It's about a Chinese-Japanese calligrapher (female) who writes poems on the bodies of her lovers. As with all Greenaway, it is in equal parts lyrically beautiful and uncomfortably horrific. I saw it has come out on DVD in the US in recent weeks. You may be able to find it in HK.

Thanks for the photos. This is one show I really regret missing. Simon's art is quite impressive, I must say. I hope, before too long, we'll be seeing some of it Stateside.

黃婉君是近年來亞洲新崛起、多才多藝的年輕藝術家，在舞臺劇、唱歌、電影及電視方面都表現不俗。她活力十足、充滿魅力的表演在哪裏都能掀起熱潮，最近經常被電視臺和電臺邀請做嘉賓及表演。

在馬來西亞東北沿海的登加奴洲一個小漁村出生，黃婉君的童年很單純。那裏民風淳樸，有美麗的海邊風光，沒有電視劇、電影和遊戲機的汙染。簡單的出身讓她熱愛大自然、重視友情，這些也給了她今日創作歌曲的靈感。

黃婉君10歲時和家裏人一起搬到新加坡，即使後來為了佩思Curtin大學的商業學位移居澳洲，之後又在香港住了6年，她始終認為新加坡是故鄉。

大學時黃婉君首次登臺，發現了自己在演戲和歌唱方面的天分。於是畢業後她攜小妹Race到香港開始演藝生涯。2002年，她們到香港後不久便組成了流行團體"2R"，很快在本地音樂界掀起了一陣旋風。

最初幾年 2R 奪了很多獎, 2R勇奪TVB 十大勁歌金曲頒獎典禮《最受歡迎新人獎 – 金獎》、叱樂壇流行榜頒獎典禮《叱樂壇生力軍組合銅獎》、香港電台第二十六屆十大中文金曲《最有前途新人組合獎: 銀獎》及新城勁爆頒獎禮《新城勁爆新人王》。曾出多張唱片包括﹕
2R新歌+精選(2006),
2R Revolution (2005),
United 2R (2004), 及
Two of Us (2003)
她們錄了4張流行歌曲專輯及用英文、國語及粵語演唱的民謠。兩個姐妹一直大受好評，忙於參加各種活動、表演和演唱會。

剛出道就獲得肯定，黃婉君開始了她在表演方面的探索。她漂亮的亞洲面孔，能說4種語言的能力（英文、粵語、國語和閩南語），是在舞臺和大銀幕上表演的極佳條件。 Rosanne積極參與電視及電影演出，並嘗試不同角色，當中包括
網劇-《百分百感覺》(2002),
電視劇-《如果月亮有眼睛》(中國,2005)&《舞出彩虹》(新加坡﹐2005),
電視節目主持-《2R 部落格》(華娛衛視潮流節目,2006)

她演出了獲獎影片《死亡寫真》（2004年)
電影演出包括《妃子笑》(2005),
以及很受歡迎的《精裝追女仔》（2003）,
給了她機會與許多當紅明星一起表演。

最近黃婉君又迎接了新挑戰，2006-2007年她跟香港舞蹈團的演員們合作，領銜主演了獲獎音樂劇《笑傲江湖》（金庸）。雖然是第一次演出音樂劇，她在香港文化中心充滿激情、自信的表演非常成功，劇中她演唱的歌曲"笑傲江湖"也贏得了國際評論界的肯定。

為了推廣這部劇，2007年他們受邀在著名的上海大劇院演出。黃婉君要用國語和粵語表演，這對任何女演員來說都絕非易事。她以完美無缺的演出大受好評，證明了她的確是兼具表演藝術和技巧的卓越的年輕女演員。

黃婉君很熱心、有天分、在很多城市居住過。許多跨國大公司因此找她做廣告代言，如Biotherm、IBM、Carlsberg、SAFA MP3及Microworks。

繼續2R組合的成功之外，黃婉君近期計劃是在演戲方面繼續發展，主要是演電視劇。她會到韓國學習舞蹈，去上海拍攝一部電視劇。

閑暇時間黃婉君喜歡烹飪、旅遊和運動。她是ORBIS和UNICEF慈善組織的成員，到中國大陸參加預防失明的活動，以及幫助在亞洲地區海嘯中受災的兒童。
