    Experience a jam-packed weekend in the life of a working actor. The two day Jeanne Hartman's Acting Weekend offers approximately 14 hours of training, and is designed to help actors ready to jump-start and launch a successful career !
    Whether you have already had some acting training or none at all, Jeanne will teach you fundamental principles upon which to build a solid technique.

    Actors perform for and are critiqued by Jeanne, using monologues as well as scrīpts from current feature films, sitcoms, one-hour drama and soap operas. In addition, students receive Jeanne's compilation of notes/tips from her personal experiences as a professional acting coach, actress, musical/stage acting, voice over and singer. These notes are practical information vital for actors to survive in such competitive markets.

    I had such a fabulous time working on scenes with all fellow actors. It was such a great learning experience to have my work critiqued by Jeanne "in the open" and given "trial and error" to approach the scene with different point of view, aspect, emotion, purpose, finding the potholes, methods and the "secret".

    WHY DO IT?

    Learn the casting/audition process.
    Learn a directorial approach to effectively mount and execute the choice of Monologue.
    Read and act from current scrīpts for television and film.
    Getting first hand experiences

    I really wish I took that calls with u all....I was doing  agig that day...dang..it would have been fun and fruitful...seeing the pros act...

    ahaha... i used to do a bit of drama. i played liang shan bo in liang zhu before. (i know, hard to imagine me acting, i can't believe it either).

    I never knew you went until Jason told me the morning I arrived at the studio!
    It would have been great if you and Race were at the Saturday/Sunday session.....we only had Grace to put up with (only j/k Grace! ;) ). I would have loved to have seen how you guys did the parts!
