  There is always lotsa food lovers searching high and low for the best BKT…if you wonder what BKT stands for, it mean Bah Ku Teh. HaHa( secret code for BKT lovers). BKT is a one of the top 10 food

  Locally in Singapore, there are a few which is really good like Ya Hua (@ Tanjong Pagar) and Wonderful BKT( @ Balestier).

  Singapore’s ones are always pepperish and white soup based.

  But recently i have fallen in love with dark soup based ,cooked with alot of herbs and not so pepperish. Some are served with huge servings of vegetables and mushrooms!

  Now you must try this famous BKT @ JB near to the Sentosa hawker. It is recommended by a friend and i must say this is really old school(using charcoal!) and yummy! And they served really good Sesame oil chicken!
