That's an amazing picture (the one in the blue dress on the blue floor). That photo embodies beauty and power.

It makes it easier to understand why former dancers have made the transition for the occasional martial arts movie.

Looking at these pictures makes me think of my grandmother. She was a talented dancer, actor, tap dancer, singer, Rose Queen in Vancouver B.C., had her own studio for a while in Seattle. She was invited to go to Hollywood, but instead went to UW, dropped out, got married, had kids, became an alcoholic, and died at 47. Her story makes me want to follow my dreams, not make her mistakes.

I always wished that I had continued with dancing. You're a very beautiful ballerina!!
