Shyalala is a Design and Language Laboratory. The tools are our ideas. And in the conditions of our lab, we dream, we experiment, we create and we make. Our partners and our clients are the same. They get caught up in our lab and come alive.
Blood is the fluid of life. People need blood to live. At Shyalala, the fluid of our life is ideas. Fortunately, we have plenty of it and the place is healthy, alive and kicking. The people we have thrive on ideas. We make no distinction between our people. Our accountant, our designer, our copywriter, our account manager and partners all have ideas. It is our common language.
Our people are come from different backgrounds with a common language – the language of ideas.
At SLL, we have people with loads of ideas. These exchanges happen all the time, flowing freely – interrupting meetings, taking up our lunch times, changing the course of plans and challenging the way we do things. Thankfully, we have people who can turn these ideas into reality. They roll up their sleeves, put up with sleepless nights and even pull in personal favours just to make sure these ideas actualize into a great experience at the end of the day.
We also have great friends who jump in and help on projects at the drop of a call. As every project we take on is unique, they constantly raise our bar and these partners bridge the gaps. They contribute their brains, time and expertise in their respective fields to make sure we deliver every project without compromise.
Creative Lab
Shyalala is a design and creative laboratory. The lifeblood of this lab is ideas. The simple design of Shyalala is to get inquisitive, inquiring minds with insatiable curiosity and create an environment where they can dream, experiment, grow and create.
When we get an assignment, we start from a blank slate. We reflect, infuse and saturate ourselves with the task at hand. We take out a blank mind and mix in ideas. Plenty of them. We test them, throw out what doesn’t work, keep what works and keep going. We keep going until the epiphany strikes.
And it always does. That’s what happens at the Shyalala Laboratory.
