Today I decided to relax and not to meet with my friend in Frankfurt to learn chinese, because the whole week I was really, really tired due to a new homeopathic medication, but today I was a bit better.
In the early morning I went to the bazaar of our lokal skiing club (I don't live in a region for wintersports but they organize skiing trips) to get hands on second hand ice skates, but I didn't get a pair that fits. Instead of that I bought two caps, one fancy one fitting to my orange winter jacket and a simple black one fitting to my anthracite winter coat I use to wear on the way to the office for a real good price
.
Later that morning we did our saturday shopping routine and I bought some freshly sqeezed apple juice again
. I also checked for new ice skates, which I found out, are a lot cheaper than inline skates. I tried some soft boot one from Nike (Bauer) which were really comfortable but I refused to buy them because the vendor also told me that I could exchange the rolles of my skates with a skid, which is cheaper. So next Saturday I'll check whether this is easy to handle.
I also checked for some elegant shirt or blouse for an event tomorrow but I didn't find anything that matched my taste. Then I heard that the shops will be open till 10:30 p.m. because the city marketing turned the complete old town into a halloween event
(they put light spots at the houses, engaged some masked people running around the town and scare the kids and also a halloween party and ghostride) and there will also be a big fireworks this night which I'll watch from home
.
Because of this I decided to do a second shopping round this afternoon. This round was more successfull. I found an elegant turtleneck which would match the other clothes I decided to wear tomorrow. I also found a comfortable sports trouser for Tai Chi, but I had to go to men's department again, due to the size
(yeah, my curves *hehe*). But the trouser has a very good length - it reaches the floor - so no more cold feet during Tai Chi - I hope
.
I also picked up a DVD, it's Jackie Chan- Rumble in the bronx. I also saw Ong Bak, but I don't know if 7,99 euros are worth it
.
So this is it so far - some laundry is still waiting to be done *sigh*
